The seashell villa with its wrap around pool that is attached to the villa helps to bring the feeling of Coastal Opulence to this property that had no ocean view access.
Making use of a sunken lounge, water features that are all connected to the villa, we were able to achieve the feel of being surrounded by water.
The seashell villa has a huge shaded of more than 50 meters. The use of metal and wood results in a truly majestic and completely suspended outdoor living area.

The Mediterranean Villa asked for this North Coast Villa to be transformed into a Mediterranean oasis. Focussing on design first, the Core team used various raw materials to carry this design successfully through from concept, conceptualizing and finally producing the dream.
The brief for this project was to produce an entertainer’s delight, and we used different materials from Marble flooring to wooden decking within the swimming pool, coupled with a big breakfast bar with seating to delight the entertainer we offered exciting use of the landscape with the swimming pool, sunken lounge, and various design elements.
This aluminium pergola to achieve a modern look that fit with the Mediterranean feel, and we managed to produce a 12-meter suspended pergola to secure a clear view of the sea from the inside of the property, along with offering durability to withstand the harsh weather conditions.
