This design was focused on the use of the huge 11 x 4 wall in the primary living area. To achieve this, we used different types of wood and mirrors to give a modern design feeling.
The primary focus was on the massive wooden cladding on the main wall, complimented by the use of simplistic high ceilings, a variety of wood, mirrors, and other design elements to make this a centrepiece, perfect for modern summer house living.
The modern design elements were continued through out the property in the bathrooms and modern style kitchen to cohesively produce this stunning property.
Maximizing the villa/sun direction; our team used vertical shades to achieve the design flow.
With the use of these vertical shades, we were able to secure complete privacy, while successfully being able to provide a custom pergola, dining area, seating areas well as a decadent pool, all within a space of 140 square meters

The Villa Caesar is a complete design project where we utilized a huge variety of different materials to achieve a cohesive design exuding luxury and comfort for the entertainer.
The design was achieved by using wood, steel, various marble, mosaic, aluminium, and landscaping elements. These elements needed to successfully be incorporated in a cohesive design to match with the North Coast Mediterranean feel.

The seashell villa with its wrap around pool that is attached to the villa helps to bring the feeling of Coastal Opulence to this property that had no ocean view access.
Making use of a sunken lounge, water features that are all connected to the villa, we were able to achieve the feel of being surrounded by water.
The seashell villa has a huge shaded of more than 50 meters. The use of metal and wood results in a truly majestic and completely suspended outdoor living area.
K Design, a well-known production and advertising company needed a stylish and luxurious office space to provide a stylish and creative working environment.

With the usage of 3D Modelling, we were able to accurately capture this Mediterranean dream into a visual reality. We can successfully deliver on the 3D Studio work down to the smallest detail.
The Mediterranean Villa asked for this North Coast Villa to be transformed into a Mediterranean oasis. Focussing on design first, the Core team used various raw materials to carry this design successfully through from concept, conceptualizing and finally producing the dream.
The brief for this project was to produce an entertainer’s delight, and we used different materials from Marble flooring to wooden decking within the swimming pool, coupled with a big breakfast bar with seating to delight the entertainer we offered exciting use of the landscape with the swimming pool, sunken lounge, and various design elements.
This aluminium pergola to achieve a modern look that fit with the Mediterranean feel, and we managed to produce a 12-meter suspended pergola to secure a clear view of the sea from the inside of the property, along with offering durability to withstand the harsh weather conditions.
